Enfield Safety Bakes for Heroes

This time we joined the nationwide Bake for Heroes campaign, donning aprons to raise money for military personnel and their families who have suffered injuries or illness as a result of their service to the Nation.

Our expert tasters took on the challenge of tasting every entry to find our baking champion. There was a lot to get through: Homemade Fudge, Chocolate Brownies, Plaited Cinnamon and Raisin Loaf and even some ‘Fell Over in The Car Vanilla Cupcakes’. It was a tough decision, but after much deliberation Star Baker was awarded to Sarah from the Sales Team for her exceptional Gluten-Free Chocolate Easter Cake – a worthy winner.

Needless to say, the Enfield Safety team didn’t need much dinner that evening.
