Enfield Safety Bakes for Macmillan Cancer Support

The Enfield Safety bakers did not disappoint, treating the team to a huge spread of delicious cake creations, all sold in aid of Macmillan. As usual, baking standards were high – from cupcakes and brownies to Bundt cakes and expertly iced sponges. It was hard to pick a favourite, but, in the end, the Star Baker crown went to Hollie for her exquisite Raspberry & Coconut Loaf. Well done Hollie!
